HOOP IT UP 3ON3 BASKETBALLTOUR COMES TO AUSTIN, TX
Local Athletes are Invited to Participate in the World's Largest 3on3 Basketball Event

Denver, CO, , 2008 - Hoop It Up, the largest 3on3 basketball tour in the world, will
bring top-notch competition, entertainment and excitement to Austin, Texas on
Saturday and Sunday, May 31 and June 1, 2008. As part of the 20th anniversary tour,
USA Basketball will serve as a supporting partner of the 2008 Hoop It Up Tour and
Chicago-based Ariel Mutual Funds will serve as an official sponsor.

Hoop It Up is a series of exciting weekend basketball celebrations providing games,
concessions and entertainment. The tour is organized by BEST Experiential
Properties, a subsidiary of Blue Equity; the nationwide tour is expected to attract
an estimated 400,000 participants and spectators. The Austin event will take place
at Highland Mall, 6001 Airport Blvd Austin, Texas. Players in the Austin event will
have the opportunity to compete for a spot at the 20th Anniversary Hoop It Up World
Championships in Florida. The winning team from the 2008 World Championships Top Gun
Division will receive a $20,000 cash prize.

Hoop It Up offers competitive 3on3 basketball action for players of all skill levels
ages eight and up. Divisions range from recreational to Top Gun, including youth and
adult divisions.

"The Hoop It Up Tour has been the world's premier grassroots basketball tournament

competition get better every year. With the addition of prize money at the world
championships, we are confident the Austin event is sure to be a success this year."

The 2008 Hoop It Up Tour is comprised of 40 qualifying local events held throughout
the United States from March through September, culminating with the World
Championships in Florida. The tour is one of BEST Experiential Properties flagship
events in addition to Kick It 3v3 (soccer) and Let It Fly (flag football). The tours
provide games, concessions and entertainment to approximately 2 million participants
and 12 million spectators.
